By creating an account or using Vika you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vika.
What Vika is
Vika is a desktop app for Mac and Windows. It listens to audio playing on your computer, turns it into text, and writes short suggested answers based on the resume you provide. The answers are suggestions generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or badly worded.
Your responsibility in interviews
Some employers, schools and exam boards do not allow AI help in interviews or tests. You alone are responsible for checking and following the rules that apply to you, and for what you say and do in any interview.
- Only use Vika where it is allowed.
- Check each answer for accuracy against your real experience before you say it. Do not claim experience you do not have.
- Do not record or transcribe other people in ways that break the law or the rules of the meeting. Follow the consent rules that apply where you and the other people are.
Your account
- You sign in with your own Indian mobile number. Keep access to that number and to your account secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate information. Do not share your account with others or resell access.
Credits and payment
- One credit starts one interview session of up to 120 minutes. The current price is shown on the pricing section and at checkout, in Indian rupees.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay. Credits are added to your account when the payment succeeds.
- Credits are personal, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value, except where our refund policy says otherwise.
- Restarting the app during an active session does not use a second credit.
- We may change the price for future purchases. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
What you must not do
- Break the law, or use Vika to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
- Try to get around the credit system, reverse engineer the service, or overload it.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
Third-party services
Vika relies on services from others, including OpenAI for transcription and answers, Razorpay for payments and 2Factor for SMS. If one of them is down or changes, Vika may work less well or stop for a while. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Zoom, Google, Microsoft or any meeting or video service.
No guarantees
Vika is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that answers will be correct, that the Hide option will work with every screen-capture method, or that you will get any job or result. Please test Vika before an important interview.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to Vika is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. We are not liable for lost job offers, lost income, or indirect or consequential loss.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of your resume and other content. You let us store it and send it to the services described in our privacy policy so we can provide Vika to you.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If you keep using Vika after a change, you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
